I really wanted to hit three 20 mile runs on this cycle and I did. My training was pretty spot on until the last two weeks of this cycle. It’s crazy how I trained starting in June with no issue whatsoever until November! Besides doing a ton to rehab this injury, I am also focusing on flexibility and stretching out my leg muscles so that it doesn’t happen again!
I had my first XC male make it to state! I’m so thrilled and proud of him!
I’m currently reading Present Over Perfect and I’m flying through it. It’s a great read so far and I definitely recommend it :)
I am really looking forward to some down time in December. I am definitely planning on taking some time off and fully allowing my body to heal up. I’m also looking forward to working on strength training and honestly, I’m looking forward to sleep in!!
