Monday: 2 miles on the treadmill + strength
Tuesday: 3 miles on the treadmill + strength
Wednesday: 4.5 miles of hills
Thursday: 4 miles on the treadmill
Friday: 1 mile warm up + 1 hr of boot camp
Saturday: 8 miles of hilly trails + getting a little lost when I stopped to use the bathroom. Haha, good time!
Sunday: 7 miles of more hills
Whew! Lots of hills this week. I'm feeling a bit stronger and my stomach is definitely doing better since watching my sugar and gluten intake. I'm not allergic to either, I just swell with gluten and my stomach pretty much hates sugar. I'm still eating fruit, just trying to cut out white sugar.
