Back At It

Last week's running was way off and it was much more back to normal this week, yay!

It didn't go exactly as planned, but that's okay and I got hill training in twice! Since we did hills this morning we'll do our long run tomorrow! 

Enjoying the last days of no school/work


School started on Wednesday and we all survived!!

I've decided that I've allowed myself to sort of go from vacation eating to eating my feelings and that it's time to take care of myself and get back to healthier habits. 

My goals:
Tracking my food
Not eliminating anything
Focus on healthy, whole foods
Drinking 100 oz of water
