And I tweaked it to go a tad bit faster and longer. It felt pretty good.
Running in TX (even inside) is no joke!
The good news is that my foot feels awesome! The bad news is that I think I strained a rib while I was sick last week (dang coughing!) and breathing, sleeping, and running all hurt :( I'm not sure if I want to give it the proper time to heal without moving. Oy.
