Yesterday was my long run. I made it 6 minutes before my right shin started to hurt and I decided to give it 20 minutes to see if it would get better. It did not, so the hubs picked me up. I'm not sure what this means for my runs this week and race next weekend.
I'm thinking I'll do a longish run tomorrow 5-7 depending on how I feel, 4 on Tues, and 3 on Wed and Thurs. I'm not sure if it was the hills last week or walking in flip flops but either way, boo!
My nephew turned 1 this week!
