What?!

Pumpkin Spice Oreos. You're welcome. They seriously taste like pumpkin pie :)

Running schedule this week:
Monday: 5 miles, ended up running  6.4 because I desperately needed a restroom and stupid ⭐️bucks  wouldn't open the door before 5am! Agh! Let's just say that I am glad it was dark and no one else was on the trail.
Tues: 6X800 @ 5k pace
Wed: 3 miles
Thurs: rest
Fri: 3 pace miles
Sat: 12 

Beginning to taper before my last 1/2 marathon for the season!
