Sick day

Breakfast: oatmeal, 1/2 sliced banana, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 scoop Raw Meal, sliced almonds, and a dash of cinnamon :) 
Lunch was leftover veggie stew, snacks were a protein shake, bell pepper & pb, blackberries & almonds, and brussel sprouts. 

Dinner was asparagus and two beef ribs.
This is how we cut the chicken without Daddy home.

Poor Maddie girl was sick and so today ended up being a clean the kitchen and pantry and treadmill day.
3.25 jog at 7.1mph and 1.75 walk at 3.7 on a 3.0 incline. This is the most I have done in weeks. My hand felt great, but it was definitely hot and swollen by the time I was done.
